His experience includes aligning strategic vision across executives and managers, developing and launching new businesses and programs, clarifying companies’ business processes and operating models, and supporting technology innovations to better deliver unique value in anticipation of future business needs.
Multi-brand QSR (Inspire Brands) - Back-end Consolidation for Franchise Lifecycle Management: Led multi-year effort to standardize the client’s Franchise Lifecycle Management value stream (how they recruit, manage and grow franchisees) across Development, Construction, Contracts, Field Operations, IT, and International teams. Supported consolidation of back-end tech stacks, standardized cross-functional processes and data, improved efficiencies and team alignment, and unlocked growth capability for both the franchisor and its franchisees.
Global Manufacturer (Victaulic) - ERP-related Transformation Discovery & Planning: Guided a $1.5B Global Manufacturing Company to align regional operating models prior to implementing a cloud-based ERP. Led global, cross-functional work-sessions that identified $200M of growth-oriented transformation projects, initiated the creation of a Transformation Management Office, and significantly decreased inter-department friction during ERP design.
Fortune 100 Beverage Company (Coca-Cola) - Consumer-segment Marketing Strategy: Helped a Fortune 100 beverage company develop a new marketing process to better identify market opportunities and drive demand by integrating consumer-segment planning in-parallel to their brand-led planning.
QSR-backed Venture (Kefi) - Experiential Retail Concept Development & Launch: Developed and launched Chick-fil-A funded high-tech kids’ family center in Atlanta (Kefi). Developed strategy, helped raise $15MM funding, and assembled a team to build and operate a space that included ‘smart rooms’ to amplify kids’ play, a sophisticated co-working space for parents, coffee shop and retail.
Kids Cable & Entertainment Brand (Nickelodeon) - Digital Brand Evolution: Led Brand Strategy, Social Media Marketing, Marketing Intelligence, and Apps Marketing teams to evolve Nickelodeon brand and marketing systems during a critical period of disruption for ad-supported TV.
Global Theme Park (Disney Parks) - Next Gen Experience: Supported the development of the go-to-market strategy for $1B Walt Disney World “Magic Band” and “MyMagic+” next-gen product launch – an RFID ‘operating system’ that simplified guest trips, personalized guest experiences, and helped produce the largest success the segment has experienced in its 60-year history.
